In these 29 years, Changbao has experienced the rise and fall of the world, and the ethnic groups of SMEs have struggled in the situation of advancing and retreating in the general trend, and prevailing in times of defeat. In the face of big waves and sands, enterprises have success or failure Some have successfully developed into large enterprises, have made progress and retreat, have developed steadily and gradually and are able to defend themselves, and most have been sunk by bankruptcy and destroyed. This is the cruel reality of the 40 years of reform and opening up. Today, in this 29th anniversary of the factory celebration, I deeply feel that Changbao can go through 29 years of storms and still be able to make small steps in the process of entrepreneurship, hard work, learning, and development. . 3. From 2019, we plan to increase and increase staff, change outdated equipment and share reform, and follow the trend of the trend that is suitable for the current situation. Gradually increase the size appropriately and use several years to expand production and volume to make results.
